Identify and analyze budget, timeline, and space and property requirements.

Determine Geographic Priorities
Analyze geographic areas for strategic positioning.
Step 3:
Identify & Evaluate Prospective Sites
Research prospective sites, incorporating clients’ requirements and parameters.
Step 4:
Tour Selected Sites
Preview proposed sites identified in step 3. Rank sites in order of preference. Tour selected sites.
Step 5:
Proposal Process
Draft and present Letter of Intent. Outline items of importance specific to occupancy and/or build-to-suit. Request proposals from Landlords where necessary.
Step 6:
Planning Your Building or Space
Interface with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine facility requirements and tenant improvements or development process.
Interface with architect/space planners to outline details and layout of interior space requirements.
Step 7:
Economic, Market, & Amenity Analysis
Prepare economic and amenity analysis relative to each of the proposed sites.
Step 8:
Negotiations
Negotiate lease / purchase details and terms, and coordinate and expedite the execution of final lease/sale documents. Interface with agencies and consultants in the approval or move-in process.
Outline items of importance specific to acquisition, build-to-suit, or occupancy.
Assist in coordination of improvements/ build-to-suit specifications.
Step 10:
Planning Your Building
Interface with architects, engineer and contractors, to determine and complete the development process.
Step 11:
Confirm Project Details
Ensure that contract obligations are fulfilled to client satisfaction.
Step 12:
Completion/Closing
Ensure that contract obligations are fulfilled to client satisfaction. Assist in coordination with contractors for move-in / closing of property management issues, as appropriate.
